H2omich Story
H20MICH was created by the Industry Recruitment Task Force, a standing committee that is part of the Michigan Water Environment Association (MWEA). The MWEA is one of Michigan’s oldest non-profit organizations and brings together a diverse group of individuals whose careers involve the water environment and who have similar objectives from a variety of backgrounds. MWEA provides a forum for all water environment topics as well as technical, educational and networking opportunities.
Working collaboratively with other organizations, the Industry Recruitment Task Force has produced this website and related materials to educate and inform the public, educators, students and career seekers about the Water Sector. “Jobs in Water” was designed to educate about and to encourage careers in the water sector, where opportunities to protect and preserve water resources are virtually unlimited and the chance to make a difference is unmatched.
